We curd-n’t be happier about today’s trivia topic. Whey back in 1941, a cheese factory opened that helped give this Blaine County city its main identity. But, dairy we say, that reputation was spoiled when the factory closed in 2007. Still, the city hosts an annual cheese festival each October.
