Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow gained a fair bit of notoriety before their deaths in 1934 and whole heap more after. While some think their tale is romantic—thanks a lot, Warren Beatty—we’re still not fans of this robbing-and-murdering duo. In fact, they were often more than a duo, as in April 1934 when Bonnie, Clyde, and another man killed Cal Campbell, a constable in Commerce, and kidnapped Percy Boyd, the town’s police chief. The next month Barrow and Parker would be killed in Louisiana.
Who was the man who joined Bonnie and Clyde in their criminal exploits in Commerce?
