If it's too late to put the Necronomicon down and unraise hordes of angry zombies, you might as well enjoy the ride. During Evil Dead—The Musical, the cast of Guthrie’s Pollard Theatre will show audiences a singing, dancing, and bloody good times. P.S. Make sure to bring a poncho if you're seated in the splash zone.

There are few crafts as practical, beautiful, and cozy as quilting. Honor those who've put in the time and effort to make these gorgeous, functional pieces at the Annual Quilt Show at the Pawnee Bill Ranch & Museum in Pawnee. There will be dozens of fabric works of art to admire in a bucolic setting.

An elephant might never forget, but humans who partake in the Adult Elephant Expedition won't forget the experience either. At Endangered Ark Foundation in Hugo, people sixteen and older can help bathe friendly pachyderms, learn more about them and their wild cousins, and dine with the experts who keep them healthy.

If you love The Outsiders book and movie but wish it had more singing, you're in luck. The Greasers and Socs are back, this time with melodies during a new musical version of The Outsiders at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. If you just can’t get enough of Ponyboy and the gang, you also can visit The Outsiders House Museum after the show.

Fall is perhaps the best time to be outside, so make the most of it at the Carnegie Tri-County Free Fair. At this three-day party in Carnegie, fair food, live music, animal shows, rides, games, and more sidle up to the annual Canna Festival for one weekend to remember once the cold wind starts a' blowin'.
