Off the Top Rope

For those who love the physicality of ballet, but wish the stories were less realistic, there is professional wrestling. World Wrestling Entertainment brings their weekly televised showcase to Tulsa when Monday Night Raw powerslams its way into the BOK Center for a night of high-flying hijinks and in-ring trash talking. Women's champ Bianca Belair is scheduled to compete, as are tag team Damage CTRL, Matt Riddle, Bobby Lashley, and more, in what a select few are calling Suplex Swan Lake. January 30. Tickets, $24-$114. bokcenter.com

Heading Home

Few musical styles are as insistent as bluegrass. When mandolin and fiddle meet, it takes a will of steel to keep toes from tapping along with the jaunty beat. Lean into the melodies of the Grammy-nominated album Short Trip Home when Edmond's Armstrong Auditorium presents: Sam Bush, Mike Marshall, Edgar Meyer, and George Meyer for a night of irresistible tunes from this quartet of bluegrass masters. January 31. Tickets, $35-$75. armstrongauditorium.org

Sitting Also Allowed

Names are hard. While it makes perfect sense for the story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan to be called On Your Feet!, it's also hard on audiences at the McKnight Center for the Performing Arts in Stillwater. How instructive is the name? Should guests prepare to stay standing the entire show, or are there parts where being seated isn't allowed? There's no better time to find out than while enjoying this inspiring jukebox musical. February 2 & 3. Tickets, $27-$123. mcknightcenter.org

Pleasure Through Leisure

We talk a lot about the grandeur of Oklahoma's natural beauty, but there's a problem: most of it is outdoors. Many of us, sadly, are indoors. But a visit to the Lawton Comanche County Fairgrounds might be the answer during the Lawton RV, Boat & Outdoor Leisure Show. Get closer to the outdoors while still being indoors in a recreational vehicle, or glide over any of the state's pristine lakes without getting wet in a boat. Perhaps guests can find a way to transform their own backyards into beautiful natural tableaus which are technically outside, but still close to the safety of the inside. Baby steps, y'all. Baby steps. February 3-5. Admission, $8. lawtonrvandboatshow.com

By the Horns

Every year, students around the world say things like, "When am I ever going to use calculus?" and "I don't think geology is going to come in handy that often when I'm in the NBA." But PRCA World Champion Terry Don West knows that at some point in all of our lives, we'll probably have to ride a bull. Which is why the two-day Terry Don West Bull Riding School in Henryetta exists. Learn the art of bull riding from a world champ with a quarter of a century of experience. February 4-5. Tuition, $300. terrydonwest.com
