Thanksgiving is almost here, which means Oklahoma kitchens will be busy and bustling over the next few days. While roasting a whole turkey and baking a huge tub of green bean casserole might be a once- or twice-a-year endeavor, there's one Thanksgiving treat we should all be used to making and eating—after all, it's part of our official State Meal.
