Hold Your Horses

Dust off your boots and get your hats on because the American Finals Rodeo is headed to Tulsa's Expo Square. It's three days of action-packed rodeo events and performances. The top fifteen cowboys and cowgirls compete in a variety of events like bronc riding, steer wrestling, team roping, barrel racing, bull riding, and much more. It'll be fast, loud, and proudly Western. Cheer on your favorite rodeo athletes and stick around to see who trots away with the top prizes.
January 29-31. Tickets start at $17. exposquare.com

Tribute Crüe

There are some Crüeligans in town, and they're bringing the Decade of Decadence to Beer City Music Hall in Oklahoma City. Crüeligans: A Tribute to Mötley Crüe promises a "spot-on recreation" of a live Mötley Crüe show, covering songs from the 1981 debut album Too Fast for Love all the way through the hair metal band's final album, 2008's Saints of Los Angeles. Expect a high-octane, chaotic, and theatrical show that lives up to the legacy of the self-proclaimed "world’s most notorious band."

Yacht tunes

All aboard for a musical night of yacht rock and the best of the '80s. The Chisholm Trail Arts Council is bringing OKC-based band Soft Hands to Duncan's Simmons Center Theater. The band initially formed to pay tribute to late musical icons Prince and George Michael, and their success inspired them to continue evolving. Now known for their "Yacht Rock Spectacular" and '80s-themed "Neon Mixtape," the band aims to create an atmosphere of connection, joy, and timeless music. This is one of the final shows in the Chisholm Trail Arts Council's series of seasonal concerts, so don't miss out!
January 30. Tickets, $25.

Great Scot

You'll get bonus points for wearing tartan—or a kilt if you've got one—at BierKraft's sixth annual Burns Night in McAlester. It's an evening dedicated to celebrating the life and work of Robert Burns, Scotland's most famous poet. The lively celebration features an interactive night of poetry, bagpipes, traditional Scottish-style ale, and Scottish food from Bagpipe Bites. Come ready to toast, take in the poetry, and celebrate all things Scottish.
**January 31. Admission, free.
