SUBMIT AN EVENT ENTRY

Blow your bugle in Oklahoma Today's EVENTS GUIDE. With more than 150,000 people reading each issue of Oklahoma Today, you won't want to miss an opportunity to let people know about events in your community. After all, many people pick up Oklahoma Today looking for ideas on how they can spend their spare time.

We can't direct readers to events we don't know about--and that's where you come in. Our EVENTS GUIDE is a free service feature published six times a year (January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October, November/December).

To meet our deadlines, we need to receive event listings in our office a full three calendar months before the date of the issue in which they should appear. For example, if your event is in May, it would appear in the May/June issue. The deadline for the listing would be three months before May 1, which is February 1.

We encourage you to include as much information about your event as possible, but we must have the date, title of event, place with address, city, admission prices, and a telephone number for publication in the magazine. Fax us at (405) 230-8460 or reach us at calendar@oklahomatoday.com.

Listings are published as space permits and on the basis of their cultural and entertainment value, their accessibility to our readers, and sometimes just because they are quintessentially Oklahoman.
