Liz Blood - Assistant Editor
Starting with Oklahoma Today as a summer intern in 2007,
Liz Blood has rejoined the magazine team - this time as assistant editor.
She graduated from
Westminster
College
in
Fulton
,
Missouri
in 2008 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Spanish. During college she wrote
interminably and drank a lot of coffee. After graduation, she moved to
Slovakia
, taught English and worked in a coffee shop. There, she frequently (and
proudly) used the phrase “som zi Oklahomy” (I am an Oklahoman). She was
often requested to send back cowboy boots after returning home. Back in her home
state, she enjoys the many food and musical offerings of
Oklahoma City
and is excited to again be working for
Oklahoma
’s official magazine.
