Colleen McIntyre - Production Manager
Colleen joined the staff of Oklahoma Today as an intern in the spring of 1997. She became the production manager the following year. As production manager, Colleen serves as the hub of the wheel. Nothing is produced or printed without her involvement.
Colleen currently serves on the awards committee for the International Regional Magazine Association. She is also the Vice President of the Society of Professional Journalists, Oklahoma Pro Chapter, in charge of membership and networking.
Colleen has been a judge in many publishing contest, including both the Ohio and Utah Society of Professional Journalists, the SPJ Mark of Excellence Awards, the Western Publication Association Maggie Awards, and the Florida Magazine Association.
Colleen graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1997, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism Advertising.
Born a "military brat" in Tacoma, Washington, Colleen lived in Germany and Las Vegas prior to moving to Oklahoma. She graduated from Carl Albert High School in Midwest City, where she served as editor in chief of the school newspaper.
Colleen and her husband, John, have three children: Ashley, Jason and Ian.
